Fit4Baby Prenatal Exercise
This class is held at the Wells Branch Recreation Center and registration can only be done through their site. Please register for FIT4BABY here:
http://wellsbranchmud.com/parks-a-recreation/fitness-classFIT4BABY® is a prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document her pregnancy journey. The journal is sold separately through FIT4MOM Pflugerville, the classes are included with a Wells Branch Rec Center tag or with a $10 day pass, sold through the Rec Center. The workouts will build Mom's mental and physical endurance, strengthen her body, and prepare her for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Strides 360 promises a heart pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through life! Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. A great compliment to our strength training programs!

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger and begging for more! Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you move and feel better- the perfect compliment to any cardio workout or activity you currently enjoy!

Body BOOST® is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being. This 60 minute class is just for you and will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

This class will involve weights or resistance bands and will be a rotating format. Focusing on our Moms Only formats (Body Ignite, Body Boost, and Fit4Baby), but made to be stroller-friendly as the moms in attendance require. If you're looking for a solid mix of weight training and HIIT, this one's for you, Mama! Head to the Arboretum after dropping those kiddos off at school, see you soon!

Wells Branch Rec Center Classes
These classes are held at the Wells Branch Recreation Center. Wells Branch Rec tag holders can drop into the class, included with their rec tag. Attendees who do not have a rec tag can still drop in for a $10 day pass. Registration can be viewed and completed by going to the Wells Branch Rec Center or by going to their website at: http://wellsbranchmud.com/parks-a-recreation/fitness-class These classes are not included in a FIT4MOM Pflugerville membership.

Body Well® 8 week Fitness & Wellness $350 Purchase required to enroll
Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.
Run Club+ Endurance Training Program (5K, 10K, or Half Marathon) $175 Purchase required to enroll
This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. We will meet twice per week for group runs along with cross training workouts, and we run rain or shine.
